Conscious Uncoupling

Conscious Uncoupling: going through what is ending with more respect.

When you are going through a separation. Both partners can enrol. Sessions are always one-to-one.

Conscious Uncoupling

For whom

For those who are in the process of separating, or who have already separated and cannot find a way out. You can come alone. Both of you can commit, each on your own side. Sessions are always individual.

The process

The path follows the five-step Conscious Uncoupling process as taught in the certification. It was developed by Katherine Woodward Thomas, author of the New York Times bestselling book of the same name. The intention: to go through a breakup with more awareness, limiting the harm to yourself and to others.

Format: individual sessions, online

Why individual, even if you both come

Each person needs a space of their own to speak truthfully, without the other person in the room. When both enrol, the work happens in parallel: the same intention, two paths. I do not put both partners in the same session.

Fee

FAQ

My partner refuses. Can I come alone?

Yes.

If we both come, will we have sessions together?

No. Each of you has your own sessions, separately. That is by design.

Will you try to get us back together?

No. If the question “do we stay?” is still open, the Clarity Pack is a better fit.

What about the children? A divorce?

We can work on stance and communication. I do not replace a lawyer or family support.

Where does the name Conscious Uncoupling come from?

The phrase became widely known at the time of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s separation. The process offered here is Katherine Woodward Thomas’s: the five-step programme taught to certified coaches.
