Couples workshop
The Seven Principles workshop: Gottman tools to connect better.
When you want concrete skills: to speak to each other differently, to repair, to build habits that bring you closer. A Gottman teaching workshop, in a small group.

For whom
For couples who want to strengthen what they already have: engaged couples, newlyweds, or simply two partners who want concrete tools to function better day to day. The spirit is learning, more than rescue. In the middle of a storm, another format will often be a better fit.
The workshop
The workshop follows The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, by John and Julie Gottman: among the most recognised research on what makes a couple last, or wear down. Led by a coach trained in Gottman Method Level 1 and Level 2. It is a teaching workshop, not group therapy.
How it runs
- Session 1 (2 hrs): Knowing each other differently, friendship in the couple, admiration.
- Session 2 (2 hrs): Everyday friction, starting more gently, repair.
- Session 3 (2 hrs): Shared meaning, rituals, building habits that bring you closer.
- Integration (1 to 2 hrs): Questions prepared in advance, on practising the tools.
6 to 8 couples. Exercises are done as a pair: nothing requires you to expose your intimacy to the group. Online. Book or guide included.

FAQ
Do we have to tell our life story in front of the others?
No. You work as a pair.
We argue often. Is this the right place?
If the tension is very high, let’s look at the Clarity Pack first. The workshop is for learning, not for holding a crisis.
Do we have to have done the Clarity Pack?
No. Many couples come straight here.
